We offer these methods for shipping your orders from Dial2Buy.com:
- Standard — 3 to 7 business days
- Expedited — 1 to 2 business days
Business days include Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. You can see estimated arrival dates on each product page and in your Cart.
If for some reason you don't receive your product, you may be eligible for a replacement product if you notify us within 30 days of your shipping confirmation e-mail.
Shipping cost is calculated on a "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping method you select (Standard, Expedited, Express, Saturday). We sometimes offer free shipping in select categories, or free shipping site-wide.
Free Shipping on Orders $90 and Up
Select digital downloads, e-gift cards, scheduled delivery items and taxes do not count toward the $90 order total. If an item cancellation lowers the total purchase price to less than $90, you will be charged for the shipping cost of the items.
Some items require scheduled delivery due to their size and weight. These items include major appliances, TVs or larger equipment’s.
- The day before delivery, we'll call you with a 2-hour delivery window. (We're unable to accommodate specific delivery times.)
- Deliveries occur between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
- Be sure an adult 18 or older is home to sign for delivery. (Must be 19 or older in AL and NE.)
- Before the delivery team arrives, please clear a pathway to the room where you want the item delivered.
Note: Special order deliveries will not be delivered beyond the entryway of the home or garage.
If your order includes other items that do not require scheduled delivery, they will be shipped separately.
- For most items, delivery includes basic hookup of your new item.
- Some hardware requires professional installation, which must be purchased separately.

Special Order Delivery
- An agent will call you when your order is ready to schedule for delivery.
- Delivery timelines may be longer than for non-special order products.
- An adult age 18 or older must be home to sign for delivery. (Must be 19 or older in AL and NE.)
- Item will be delivered into the entryway of the home or garage only.
Delivery does not include placement in room of choice, installation, unpacking or recycling.
